Physiotherapy supports independence and confidence by addressing stiffness, balance concerns and reduced strength. We take a gentle, personalised approach, focusing on what matters most to you. We include falls prevention strategies and targeted balance training to reduce the risk of falls. Maintaining strength is also essential for day to day tasks including standing from a chair, climbing stairs, carrying shopping and getting out of the car. We focus on functional strength building helping you stay independent in every day activities.
